Identity Logo

As a designer, my biggest strengths are creativity, earnestness and patience. I also have strong empathy and pay attention to details. Those personal values help me to create better designs for customers.

My main target market is adults from 18 to 35 years old.  Early adulthood is fundamentally a period of maturation and change. They are looking for more practical products than a delicate appearance. Although, they sometimes will impulsively purchase products when they fit their taste. This target market pays attention to branding, so building an attractive branding is necessary. They are looking for delicate, elegant and mature design. The logo design should show the professionalism of the designer and service.

 

The logo will be simple but not complicated. The target group is attention to detail and proficiency. Minimalism with letter design logo is my choice for my personal identity logo. I came up with the following sketches for my identity logo.

I chose “lamp” as the representative because the lighting is necessary and important. The lamp brings light which provides warm feelings to people. It also represents a lighthouse to guide the route for sailors to find the right direction. The identity logo includes letters "M" and "Z" which is the initial letter of the user's name.  

I searched for the lamp style in the market, combined them with my sketches and decided on the final appearance. I tried different designs and colour choices.
